- • You must maintain the security of your account and are responsible for all activity under it.
- • You may disconnect Facebook Login at any time in Facebook settings; our data deletion process is in §7.
3) Permissions & Scopes
- • We may request additional permissions (e.g., manage ads, read ads, business management) solely to provide features you choose (campaign creation, reporting, optimization).
- • You can decline or revoke permissions; affected features may stop working.
4) Marketing API & Business Tools Use
- • If you connect an ad account, Page, Business Manager, pixel, conversions API, audiences, catalogs, or other Business Tools, we process and transmit that data to Meta to perform advertising, measurement, and reporting you request.
- • Your use must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Business Tools Terms, Marketing API docs, Advertising Standards, and any Custom Audiences Terms if applicable. We may suspend Service where your use appears non-compliant.

- • You must not attempt to circumvent Meta review, rate limits, or enforcement.
6) Our Use of Data from Meta
- • We use Meta data only to deliver Service features you select (e.g., campaign management, insights, optimization, audience building, billing reconciliation, anomaly alerts).
- • We do not sell Meta-derived data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except (i) service providers under contract and confidentiality; (ii) as required by law; or (iii) at your direction.
- • We aggregate and de-identify data for analytics and product improvement.
7) Retention & Deletion
We retain Meta-sourced data only as long as needed for the Service, audits, or legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

9) Prohibited Conduct
You may not:

Meta/Instagram/Facebook and other third-party services are not provided by us. Their terms govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or enforcement actions by third parties.
12) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months.
